Beautiful wine from Marche. Light skin contact gives a beautiful structure that somehow mimics barrel usage without having the “corrupted” flavor profile.

Enjoyed this wine. Had the store brand pecorino from Cantoro’s in Michigan and was thrilled to see this one to try again. Some melon and honeydew. With some pear and honeysuckle.
