Darker, heavier red from Priorat. New oak, black fruit, red fruit. In a really good place with 13 years aging. — a month ago
A full bodied and really rich old vine Grenache (with 20% mourvèdre). Ripe with a great concentration of flavours. Plums, cherry liqueur, garrigue, crushed rock, violets, melted liquorice, pepper corns and so much more. This has seen mostly concrete and really confirms to me my preference on how a great southern Rhône wine should be made. — a month ago

I haven’t had one of these in a minute. It’s as delicious as I remember it to have been. Cassis and dark berries, together with roasted herbs and iodine garrigue-like scents on the nose. Soft and intense in the mouth. Loads of savory clingy flavors in the mouth. Conjures up being in Provence (where I haven’t been in decades and need to get back to). Love this. — a day ago
