2012 - Luscious, cassis bouquet; viscous; slight white pepper, long slightly tannic finish; trademark Markham Merlot. — 7 months ago
Subtle pervasive mixed floral of roses, lavender and magnolia. Mixed wild berries, boysenberry, blueberry and cherry. Tahitian vanilla and poppyseed. High quality chocolate, silky but light. Elegant. A show stopper of a merlot that doesn’t taste old world but not NAPA either. Best merlot I’ve had in 5yr. — 10 months ago
Brilliant balance of bright fruit and velvet texture. It pops, yet is ohhhh so silky. Vivid color. A blend with cab and Merlot from Napa isn’t that exotic, but a Merlot led blend being the top showstopper cuvée is! Rare and beautiful. Blackberry preserves. Interesting that as clean, clear and bright it was, It threw a good deposit. Best in about 5yr. — 3 months ago
Dark cherry flavor infested with oak. More complex than one would expect. Finish is full of depth. Lovely.
I want more bottles of this blend. — 6 months ago
