Consistently excellent; my first of the 2023; typical bramble fruits, black pepper on the nose, palate intense blackberry and blueberry, a little bacon fat on the back end , good intensity and ripe tannins; I think this will improve in 3 years or so but really enjoyable right now; consumed over 3 days; held up and softened on day 3. — 2 months ago

Tamber Bey . 2018. Cabernet sauvignon. Yountville - Napa Valley. My new favorite vineyard in California. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good California cab. And when I say hundreds I mean hundreds. Finally!!!!!!!! This is the third bottle and they have all held true over the past six months. It’s not tart it’s not sour and has no crazy aftertaste. Just DANG good cab! Instead of describing what it is I’m going to describe what it’s not . Basically everything we don’t like in a wine is not here!!!!!!
