There’s no way this wine is almost 10 years old! The color shoes no sign of age, neither does the nose, tannin or palate. Deep ruby hues and an exceedingly perfumed nose with prominent black cherry, rose, vanilla and raspberry with grippy tannin, red meat, slight smoke and maybe a little tar on the finish? Wildly complex, and incredibly youthful, this still has another 10 or 20 years before it peaks. — 2 months ago
Nice medium body central coast execution. First time glass pour but bottle just opened. Worked with a risotto and steak well. — 9 months ago
Exactly as described by winery, Nice balance of several grapes make it interesting and smooth — 4 months ago
The Paring’s 2019 Red is a gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend from the team at Jonata and The Hilt. It soars from the glass with wild flowers, herbs, blood orange and red-fleshed fruit. Elegant and nuanced, the Red is also a tremendous value. $20.00 (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, July 2022) — a year ago
Peach and apricot, quite acidic. — 3 years ago
