Mature and sexy sweet oak profile. Oily goodness. 2017 — 10 days ago
Plush red and black fruits, black pepper, soft and vibrant, in a great place right now! — 23 days ago
The 2020 Fleurie Chapelle des Bois has a little reduction on the nose, but there is good concentration here with wild strawberry and red cherry. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, very pure and smooth. Touches of blood orange furnish the long and lively finish. Delicious. (Neal Martin, Vinous, May 2023) — 25 days ago
This is a medium ruby wine with medium(+) intensity of ripe plum, prune, red currant, black cherry, violet, anise seed, nutmeg, cardamom, clove, leather, and forest floor notes.
Tannins are ripe, fine-grained, and well-integrated. Alcohol is high!!! 16% ABV.
This is a ripe, full-bodied, and high octane wine that has great potential for further aging. I’m excited to revisit down the road.

Not bad. Very strong notes of sweet plums — a month ago
I don’t see this getting any better at this point. Some slight Brett that blew away after being open for a little bit. Fruit is still present with some secondary aromas and flavors on the nose and palate. — 8 days ago
