Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2021

Medium lemon color with aromas of tropical, stone and citrus fruits adding mineral notes, aged 10 months in 28% new oak. On the palate flavors of pineapple, peach and lemon citrus wrapped in smooth spicy tones. Long finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, notes of flinty mineral and savory citrus character. Nice! — 12 days ago

One of our new favorite Pinot Noir wines. Full bodied for a Pinot Noir fruity with dark berry notes and a smooth and spicy finish. Great with food and drinking alone — 2 months ago

2021. Beautiful. Hartford RRV Pinots are always a treat and this one though a little young was excellent. If you like Pinots… come along for the ride. — 20 days ago

Clay Court Chehalem Mountains Pinot Noir 2021

Ruby color with aromas of dark red fruits, black tea and ample floral spice, from Pommard and Dijon top Parrett Mountain. On the palate flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum with tobacco, cedar, black pepper, tea and vanilla spice. Pronounced soft fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, herb, spice and flinty wet stone earthy character. Nice now! — a month ago

La Court Barbera d'Asti Superiore

v10. Lucky me, I don’t know why I still have a v10, but it is fantastic. I will take a chance and call it “ at peak”. Cork came out clean. Solid purple color. Soft, pleasing bacon nose. Bright cherry, and dark black cherry fruit medley. Smooth, slightly tart, but round, zippy, mocha finish. Nicely balanced. Would not share ! — a month ago

Warrior Princess Block Zena Crown Vineyard Oregon Pinot Noir 2014

Dark and spicy aroma with a thick and unwinding complexity of granular tannins and stinging finish… an absolute powerhouse with layers on layers of intricacies. Tasting notes of dried rose petals, allspice and cake finish alone can’t fully describe. — 2 months ago
