If red Burgundy is your thing then this Russian River pinot is not for you. But if you find merit in its Burgundian stepchild then slap down $30 and enjoy this fruit globbed refreshing juice. My main complaint: this wine has no backend taste. Front and middle palate simply glorious...and then, nothing. So, putting a couple away to see where it lands in the mid ‘20s.
