Licorice, blackberry, strawberry jam, caramel candy... This is very rich. The palate is wonderful with a very strong acid drive, a great width with a nice thickness on the sides which can be broken down in matter and a radiant black fruit. Some tannins that stick up on the sides in the rear and a slight drying effect and a very long finish with again a typical licorice touch, blackberries and a nice tangyness which makes you crave for another glass. Wow this is great and it puts a lot of fancy Châteauneuf du pape to shame! — 10 days ago

LOVE. Loire might be my favourite French region.

Some green pepper on the nose. Dangerously drinkable. Food friendly. Went well with spiced ground beef and rice, but this red would be a good companion for red or white meat, Indian dishes, or on its own.

Licorice, tar, blackberries, cherry and a bit of almond on the nose. This is great! The palate is very lovely with some strong acid backbone, a nice tangy cherry all along, a good width with a lovely matter on the sides. It's not thick, it's rather light but very playful and fruity. Some tannins kick in in mid palate which give a bit of a drying effect in a mid palate sphere. It's quite round in there! The finish is all fruits, a bit of bitterness and thee tannins drying up a notch. Very lovely and joyful wine. — 9 days ago

Proteiny...like when you smell wet mushy fertile live earthwormy soil with cherries budding in the fleshy forest. A bit of farmy cheese funk. The palate showcases earthiness and young fruit, even red apple skins. Supple tannins and a finish that floats over that wet young ground. Pair with tapas leaning toward hard cheeses.
