Slight deeper ruby colour , narrower rim . Slightly woody nose at first, mineral , quite aloof. . Quite angular on the palate , but with a darker fruit profile , blackcurrant , blackberry , dark cherry notes . Quite gritty tannin , high acidity , quite a lot of structure. Good length and balance and actually fills out quite well on the palate . More masculine , more ‘Corton’, than the Jadot , more complex also . Now and over the next 10 -12 years . — 8 months ago
