This salmon-pink Loire crèment is a bottle of pure pleasure. Cab Franc rosé Brut, with all the trimmings. Great fruity nose, a bit of toast in it. The palate offers a fabulous swath of cherries, strawberries and a hint of raspberries. The fruit is all on the ripe side, and the acidity is nothing short of a razor line. Great sipping, great pairing with just about anything. — 4 years ago

It was a great purchase, a little try but also a little tart. Not sweet. — 4 years ago
Fantastic cremant. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard. First fermentation with indigenous yeasts, second fermentation with an addition of grape juice (No added sugar). Lively, complex, citrus aromas and flavors. Mineral, saline. Great acidity — 6 months ago
NV. Darn, this is an excellent Cremant. Hand harvested. Sorting of grapes. There are four varieties in this wine: Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Smell with sour apples, a yeast impression and minerals. Vibrant taste. Really very good. — 3 years ago
Dry and delicious — 4 years ago
Tart fleshy stone fruit, lemon zest, little bit of funk but mostly early, handfuls of mud after rain. Delicious with raw oysters :) — 4 years ago
