Wow! Delicious Vino Nobile di Montepulciano for under $30. Really earthy and complex nose of sour cherries, plum, Tuscan herbs and oak. Went great with pizza! — 18 days ago
Had to hunt a little bit for this bottle and honestly (despite my efforts) I didn't expect it to be that good. Beautiful bouquet of sour cherry, spices, red flowers and mushrooms. Well balanced, fresh, elegant and easy going. Now my only desire is to taste the same bottle in few years, seems like it has a good potential. Wonderful QPR.

An entry level Rufina, but so QPR in a medium bodied 95 % Sangiovese 5% Colorino blend. Drank over 3 days, & it kept on giving. Dark red fruits like ripe plum with bay leaf in the background; medium acidity with a fantastically chewy mouthfeel, almost grainy. For 11$ & change on sale, high return QPR. Matched perfectly w roasted carrot & Brussel sprouts lasagna — a month ago
On retreat with pat and greg. This was impressive. Stylized by markings of turmeric and elderberry. Supplemented by a base of cassis and sage. — 6 months ago
I’m not remembering where I acquired this bottle or the price point but certainly enjoyed. — 10 months ago
