Fantastic! 100% Pinot Blanc from Champagne. Apple butter, brioche, fresh apricots, honey and fig on the nose continue on the palate. The body is in perfect balance with a medium weight palate on a good frame of acid. The mousse is med weight with a touch of citrus on the finish. Lasts about 40 seconds on the finish. The word is out by now. Love these wines. Champagne with Burgundian flair. Vinous, rich and reductive in the best of ways with an expansive, satiny palate with racy energy. Excellent. — 6 months ago
