Sadly, corked. Dark colored with higher alcohol. Can't get past the cork taint. — 10 years ago
Aromas of granny smith apple, cinnamon, lime, lemon zest. Flavors of granny smith and lemon thread through on the tongue with some apple skins. Semi-sweet style with bright acid on the finish. Drink over the next 7 years (2022). — 10 years ago
Stewed meat, mushrooms, gamey fish market components on the nose. Gamey and acaí on the palate with a hint of fish market (microbial?) Tight, medium weight tannins on the palate suggest drinking over the next 5 years. — 10 years ago
Aromas of blackberry, currant, cranberry relish, cloves and spearmint. Flavors pop on the palate with blackberry and currant notes carrying through from the nose with soft tannins. Probably at peak now for another 5 years. — 10 years ago
Ink colored with aromas of blueberry, dark cherry, mocha, and stewed meat. The palate showcases blueberry, mocha and cherry with a alcohol that is a bit too high. Drink now or wait another 4 years, but as the tannins fall out and soften, the alcohol is going to show more. — 10 years ago
Fig, venison, truffle, and herbal components on the nose carry through to the tongue. Cranberry and cassis pick up on the palate with some medium weight tannins. Drink in 5-8 years (2020-2023) — 10 years ago
Savory aromas of dark cherry and white pepper lead to bright flavors of pomegranate and truffles. Higher acid style with medium heavy tannins. Group thought it was an more refined Barolo - so kudos to the winemaking crew. Drink over the next 10-12 years (2025-2027) — 10 years ago
Meaty nose with an aromatic core of black currant, dark chocolate, cherry and smoke. The Currants and dark cherry pull through on the palate with medium heavy tannins. Drink now over the next 8 years. — 10 years ago
Golden straw colored with butter, brioche, dried apricots, caramelized peaches and fig on the nose. The palate consists of many of the aromatic components with some bees wax, bright acid, soft finish. Incredible balance. Dink now over the next 2 years. — 10 years ago

Savory components of venison, currant, blackberry and smoke on the nose. The palate features ripe fruit of pomegranate and black cherry with a kick of blackberry on the finish. The wine is beginning to peak and will probably linger for another 6-8 years. — 10 years ago
