Les Cassagnes de La Nerthe Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages White Rhone Blend 2020

Also forgot to write notes at the time I was drinking this wine, but will say it was awesome. Drinking way more like a CDP than a CDR. — 5 months ago

Les Granières de la Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhone Blend 2019

This is classic CdP! Carries that intense complexity profiling ripe red fruit, spices (clove), dried herbs (thyme), coffee, cola, and other notes inbetween. Casually unpretentious satisfying wine, especially when paired with rich meat dishes. Cheers. — 3 months ago

Prieuré de Montézargues Tavel Rosé Blend 2022

The description: Perfectly representative of this stunning terroir, this Tavel 2022 is an iron hand in a velvet glove! Indeed, the palate is characterized by the intensity of the fruit, with nice citrus notes and very fine tannins. The finish is long and creamy. The opinion: Accurate and a little sweeter than you typical French rose! But definitely buy again. — 6 months ago

Château La Nerthe

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Grenache 2020

The description: The plateau of Châteauneuf du Pape enjoys lots of the southern sun. La Nerthe benefits from the sunny east facing slopes, aiding the ripening, making for an aromatic and intense nose of ripe summer berries with sweet spices, star anise and a perfume of dried flowers. The palate is energetic and fleshy with a typical nose of garrigue, dried herbs with dense but sweet tannins.
The opinion: Exactly as it reads, a very fine wine. Need decanter to get most from it. I didn’t but as I said very fine wine!
