MAGNUM! This is an unique blend of all the permitted grapes in Chateauneuf (red and white), named after Rudi’s grandfather, that plays well above its humble Vin de Pays du Gard, complex, rich, structured, needs 5+ more years, great wine!!
(Disclosure — Rudi is a friend through my brother, who imports his wines, but the front label shows the 12th Century chateau on the Rhône across from Chateauneuf, just south of the Lirac appellation!!) — 2 years ago
Far better than the 2014. Solid fruitiness to it, slight hints of leather, Oak and tobacco. Very enjoyable. — 4 years ago
The nose threw me off initially... like cheap perfume... but it's actually a great mellow white... and the nose improves — 22 days ago
Solid non buttery not tart French white for under $20. Really liking it. — 5 years ago
Flinty minerality, orange peel and a distinct and intense shot of herbes de Provence. The lack of fruit might leave you wondering where the 93 point RPWA score came from, but this is a focused, unique, and mind-bending wine from 140+ year old vines. Pairs awesomely with French fries. — 3 years ago

Lovely sweet redfruits, this lovely cuvée has all 13 permitted grapes in CdP (red and white) in the blend, so is very supple and suave, great balance, medium-long finish, lovely!! — 2 days ago
