Had another bottle. Fruit 64% Napa & 36% Sonoma. Pale lemon with aromas of fresh ripe citrus and tropical fruits with herb mineral notes. Pineapple, peach and citrus flavors adding grapefruit tones, great acidity balance, smooth, medium+ finish ending with bright mineral character. Nice! — 4 days ago
Just outstanding. Pale lemon with complex aromas of fresh ripe citrus and tropical fruits with herbal mineral notes. Pineapple and orange citrus flavors adding grapefruit & peach tones, great acidity balance, rich & smooth, medium+ finish ending with rich bright mineral character. Nice! Had this several times, consistent quality. Short-term aging will benefit. — 4 days ago
Barely any color at all. Strong aromas similar to a NZ sauv blanc. Peaches and grapefruit. Light bodied. Medium high acidity. Strong acid hits you on the finish. Good for a CA sauv blanc if looking for that NZ style. Seems like better value from NZ so probably wouldn’t buy again. — 10 days ago
Light golden in color.
On the nose limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, spices, herbs, grass, light vegetables and white pepper.
Medium bodied with bright acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, green apples, light grapefruits, earth, spices, vegetables, herbs, black pepper and green tea.
Tangy finish with limes and herbs.
This is a very nice Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley. Showing nice complexity and refreshing. Tangy, spicy and interesting. The alcohol is nicely integrated, although pretty high.
Good by itself and better with food. Would be wonderful with oysters.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers, and is very nice with the Spanish Manchego cheese.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

A rush of citrus, floral and tomato leaf aromatics lead into beautifully sculpted orchard fruit flavors, nicely balancing vivacity with depth. The Sybarite offers plenty of bright Sauvignon character (without veering into the green/grassy end of the spectrum) and tons of sheer appeal. $25.00 (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, September 2020) — 11 days ago
Visually opaque in the bottle and glass. Still showing well on day 2.
Lemon sherbet nose. Palate is lifted and displays complexity. Exotic fruits are supported by just the right amount of acidity. Mid palate shows moderate sweetness and briskness. In our minds, best Bevan SB in the last few years. This will keep for a while longer, but best enjoyed now. — 7 days ago

Nice medium gold in color, touch of metallic oxidation on the nose. Powerful and potent on the tongue. Bone dry and definitely more savory than fruit-oriented. The wine demanded attention and kept pumping its flavor 30 seconds after swallowing. Perhaps more cerebral than pleasurable, but waxy, lanolin notes can pare well with Greek chicken and roasted Greek veggies. Opa! — 7 days ago
