Garnet color with black cherry, cassis, tobacco, and a bit of dried herb aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with a soft texture, fine-grained tannis and good acidity with black cherry, cassis, and a bit of plum and spice flavors. Lingering sweet finish Blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc & 3% Petit Verdot. Aged in 100% New American Oak Barrels for 24 Months, then 20 Months in Bottle. Very good now, but would benefit from further cellaring

The best thing I’ve tasted at the ripe age of 34. People get very excited and very envious when I bring it to a party. Drank this one at my friend Eric’s Christmas party at his dad’s $13M Mansion eating Parkshore and dancing the night away with Ed, Amie, Chad, Melissa, Todd, Eric, Nelson, Ali, Liz, Pete, and many more.
