Incredible Oregon Pinot — 3 years ago
Apples and some vanilla on the nose. Nice acidity. A touch of oak. Soft mouth feel. Peaches and peats on the pallette. — 5 years ago
Tasted at the vineyards. Our favorite. Flavorful, tangy and smooth. — 6 years ago
It is time for a delicious Merlot on this #MerlotThursday. Let's bring Merlot back!
Deep purple/ Inky in color with a short purple rim.
Big strong nose with blueberries, blackberries, black cherries, licorice, cedar, light vanilla, spices, raisins, chocolates, dried figs, light alcohol and peppercorn.
Full bodied, smooth and elegant, with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with cooked cherries, cedar, espresso, vanilla, spices, cola, herbs, beef jerky, tar, peppercorn pencil lead, dark chocolates and tobacco leaf.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a gorgeous Merlot based blend from Napa Valley.
Good right out of the bottle and better after an hour of airtime.
Tasty and concentrated. Rich and powerful, and not for the faint of hearts.
This young Bordeaux blend is already fabulous, will be so much better in 10 years, and will age nicely in the next 15 years. Would be nice to revisit it again in 5 years.
A blend of 67% Merlot and 33% Cabernet sauvignon. A small production of only 300 cases.
14.9% alcohol by volume.
94 points.

Playful, vibrant. Ripe red fruit, Earth, elegant oak. Years left. — 5 years ago
Another surprisingly dark Pinot from Oregon which is probably why I bought it 3 1/2 years ago. Dark fruits and almost fig-like. A nice aged Pinot. Smooth and long finish. — 6 years ago
I’ve been nursing this bottle for a few days after reviewing it as a press sample and I gotta say, my appreciation for it continues to deepen. It’s a pitch perfect Riesling, at a German Kabinett level of sweetness and without a doubt one of the best Oregon Rieslings I’ve had. And I’ve had a lot of Oregon Riesling, often tasting several dozen each vintage. This wine has jasmine and orange blossom florals mixed with mandarin orange oil and rainwater, Asian pear and wet chalkboard minerality. Gorgeous. — 2 years ago
Very mild on the nose. Tastes like tart cherry cola. Ate with homemade pasta in Tuscany with Bryn (who loved it... I only had two sips cause 30 weeks pg). Paid like $20 at a gift shop in Montepulciano. — 4 years ago
Light crisp and a nice finish on this Pinot blanc . I am glad to be a bryn mawr wine club member and to have met David who this wine is named after! — 5 years ago
