Stunning wine to celebrate our 27th anniversary, still plenty of structure and tannin to make things interesting with age and acid still to keep it fresh to the last drop. Dark rose, saddle leather, sort of a wild like red onion skin note and a bit of anise on the nose. Wine evolved and opened until the last drop, we chose to have it open in the glass rather than decant. If there is any more of this wine go find it!! — 23 days ago

Dry spice and leathery. And cheap! Simple but soooo good. — 3 months ago
Dense but well balanced, elegant and structured. Love this! — 4 months ago
A great Barolo, slightly lesser full bodied than you’d expect and that’s its strength. — 7 months ago

From the lesser-known Cru of Le Coste in Barolo, the nose is textbook Barolo with cherry, raspberry, mocha, licorice, and violet. The palate is full and supple with silky texture. Oak is prominent thanks to 24 months aging in 50% new French oak barrel, but well integrated. Fine grained tannins. — 3 months ago
