Extra brut rosé. Trying to find out details but Mr Brochet does Blanc de Noirs so we are guessing its a rosée de saignée as he only or mostly does Pinot Noir. Its round, elegant, great fruit, really dry and vinous enough for food but works great as a drink. We liked it a lot. — 25 days ago
