Extra brut rosé. Trying to find out details but Mr Brochet does Blanc de Noirs so we are guessing its a rosée de saignée as he only or mostly does Pinot Noir. Its round, elegant, great fruit, really dry and vinous enough for food but works great as a drink. We liked it a lot. — 2 months ago

Vintage 2010 | My last 375 ml, curious because I thought it might be too old. Instead: it is g o r g e o u s. Beautiful ripened cab franc smell, as vibrant as possible. The back label says cab franc ánd cab sauvignon. Elegant taste. This wine is from the time Frederic Brochet owned the domaine and wanted to make wines as beautiful as possible. Proof that great wines can be made in Vienne. Biological organic wine, if anyone needs proof that these wines can ripen > this is a great example. Paired with pasta and a improvisation mushroom sauce. — a month ago
