Autentico High Altitude Vineyards Valle Calchaquí Malbec 2019

Strong round tanks, high acidity, complexly structure with strong dark grapes and powerful violet notes. Very big for a Malbec. — 3 days ago

Auténtico High Altitude Vineyards Salta Malbec 2018

Deep Ruby with aromas of black and red fruits with floral spice and flinty notes, aged for 10 months in tank and another 10 in bottle, no oak! On the palate, cherry, blackberry and raspberry flavors with notes of licorice, nutmeg and wild herbs. Medium+ finish, fine tannins ending with mineral and spicy fruit character. Very nice! — 6 months ago

I thought this wine was delicious. The complexity shocked me. Don’t go by the other reviews. It’s a solid white and I’m not a fan of Argentinian wines. — a year ago

Estate High Altitude Vineyards Valle Calchaquí Malbec 2017

Nice fruity nose with cherry and black fruits. There is another thing lurking in the back which is a bit spicy and meaty. The palate is well done with a good acid drive but a nice roundness all around. The fruits are singing, there is some matter and depth, some tannins spice things up in the rear with a slight drying effect and the finish is only fruits for quite a long time. Very different from the Cahors I'm used to but good nonetheless! — 9 months ago

Je n'ai pour l'instant qu'effleuré un semblant de début de ce que l'Argentine avait à offrir. Ce vin m'a donné envie d'y retourner 😉

Estate Valle Calchaquí Malbec 2018

Dark inky purple. Nose delivers dark plum, herbs and spicy notes. On palate this is concentrated but stays clear from being flabby or jammy. This has structure and acidity with fine grained tannins. If you like Malbec, do yourself a favor and get few bottles and let them sit for 3-5years and you are in for a treat — 5 months ago

Lote Especial Colomé Valle Calchaquies Tannat 2017

Great recommendation from Corkscrew Wine shop in Dublin. Hadn’t heard of the Tannat grape before, but great depth in this wine. Mostly from southwest France, northern Spain, I’m glad it made its way to Argentina! Full body and rich dark color. — 10 months ago
