Almost opaque… light brick red with a touch of browning. Cherry, violet, hint of ripe orange. Served slightly chilled with grilled pork loin with teriyaki fresh peach glaze. Very light, but packing some serious tannic weight. Definitely needs food to hold its weight and balance. Fun, but simple. — 6 months ago
