Reductive upon opening. Almond paste, marzipan, baking spices, toasted marcona almond, meaty and smoky… (mouse????). Tart apricot (faint), bruised apple, iron, orange peel, bright yellow color though. Tangy acidity of very high levels kinda sticking out a bit searing. Rather briny and saline on the palate.
