Enjoyed tasting with husband overlooking Agyros estate. Wine refreshing, acidic with hints of apple and pineapple with smooth finish. — 9 days ago
Delicious! I like Sauvignon Blanc, but some of it can be overpowering for me. On the other hand, love Assyrtiko. This is a beautiful blend! Not only terrific fruit and minerality, but nice and dry…and it has some brine…I dare even say a green olive tinge. Loved it…and even tastier when in Cyprus ;-) — 2 months ago
Sulphur. Pale straw. Little fruit except tart lime/lemon zest. Steely minerality. Petrol/kerosine. Bond dry. Explosive / extremely prickly salty acidity. Very salty and saline and energetic on the palate. Tannic and powerful. — 8 days ago
Popped and poured; no formal notes. This was a charming blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko. With notes of grapefruit, herbs, lemon and minerals. Sauvignon Blanc was the leading role. Acid was ripping, and worked really well with Ouzo mussels, squid and vinegar marinated octopus. — 6 days ago

Great connection to Santorini, smooth from start to finish. The bottle is unique. The 2022, medium acidity, mixed with hints of citrus pear and peach. — 9 days ago
Delicious. From Karina. Just enough oak and butter to make it but smooth enough to not feel like a meal. — 22 days ago

Nice assyrtiko. Lots of lemon and some Chablis esque seashell, but a bit more in your face perhaps. Nice salinity too. — 14 days ago
