Lemon, quince, salt. Great texture. Perfect with Indo’s shrimp toast and mussels in curry broth.

Fond memories of this winery and drinking this white but what came out of the bottle was not expected. Oak. So much oak. Almost residual sugar. Funky sweetness that popped with acidity. Muted fruit flavors and tough to actually get to the core of the wine.
I think maybe it needed a lot of bottle and airtime. Something just very off about this wine right now. Or maybe the just put a lot of chemicals in it?
Net net - only had a glass and letting remainder sit in fridge in my ETO. Praying it somehow mellows out and then let’s some sunshine out that I expected from the Greek islands.
