Medium bodied white with a nice fruity finish. I had with octopus and it was a perfect pairing. — 3 days ago
Stone fruit, white flower, nice acids. Lovely. Matches the wonderful food. — 25 days ago
Petrol and tropical aromas give way to honeyed pineapple, citrus blossom, vanilla, and guava fruit with a spice moved acid driven finish - excellent creamy texture with toned down acidity from the age this paired perfectly with grilled octopus over fava bean purée — 6 days ago
Really lovely salinity, fresh acid, some herbs. Would love to taste this in a decade. — 9 days ago

Assyrtiko is slowly turning into my favorite white varietal and Assyrtiko from Santorini will soon be my new Chablis...
Nose of pear, honey, lemon curd and a huge mineral note of chalk. The palate is intense with a strong acid backbone along which lemon plays a subtle part. A strong grip, some chalky notes here and there too. The finish is wide and long with this curdy, chalky music that plays for a very long while. Need more of that, now! — 12 days ago
