This wine is inky looking and carries a wonderfully demonstrative package of aromas. The nose has classic notes of graphite, but also features black tea, sage, oregano and a healthy lump of earth - that good, Sonoma dirt. On the palate are bright cherries, tea, herbs and minerals. The tannins are firm without being overbearing and the acidity is quite refreshing. You could chill this wine and open it next to the grill this summer - or you could have in cooler weather with a beef stew. — 8 days ago
Beautiful color of light pink with a peachy hue.
On the nose raspberries, sweet strawberries, limes, grapefruits, spices, light herbs and light sea salt.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with strawberries, green apples, grapefruits, herbs, spices, earth, light vegetables and black pepper.
Tangy finish with spices and bitter almonds.
This is an easy drinking Rosé from Sonoma Coast. A nice summer wine.
Fruity on the nose and earthier on the palate. Light and engaging. Crisp and refreshing.
Feels like a French Rosé with a touch of new world.
Better after 20 minutes of airtime, and will pair nicely with food. I had it all by itself by the beach.
13.3% alcohol by volume.

Excellent Alexander Valley Cab Franc grapes. Well-aged tannins. Could age more. Great balance of deep berries, fruit, and tannins. — 13 days ago
Founded 1972, Tom & Sally Jordan, from CO, went to CA’s wine country & produced inaugural vintage in 1976. A Fav of mine with a steak, and the ‘17 hits the mark! Blend of mostly Cab Sauv with Merlot, Petit Verdot & Malbec. Deep Ruby with aromas of red fruit, floral & spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry and fig with oak, sweet spice, leather & cacao notes. Rich tannins, well balanced and integrated with fruit & oak. Very Nice! — 11 days ago
Completely enjoyable but this has peaked and receded. Great year and my only regret is saving it. Would have been better to plunge in and burn through asap. Now it’s still very up front but it’s a bit more astringent. The alcohol seems more pronounced. Not to say it was a chore to drink by any stretch. This is still an enjoyable bottle but I compare it to what it was and it is less but overall it’s still an enjoyable wine. — a day ago
McKahn Family Cellars has a real gem with this Viognier, 2021. With a very nice low profile, grapefruit and lemon bouquet, this beautiful white wine tantalizes the tongue with Licorice and grapefruit. There is also a hint of green Apple in there. There is an oaky finish with a lingering tartness that drives you to take another sip. I’m not a real big white wine drinker, but for the hot summertime, this chilled on ice is a fantastic wine I highly recommend. — 7 days ago
A wonderful wine!! Absolutely tasty with hints of berries, silky and very smooth! Excellent balance. This could be a wine on hand at home, always. — 12 days ago
Berries galore. Really need time for this one to open. Not something to rush — 6 days ago
