I reckon that terroir where Abbazia di Novacella is among the best plots where to grow Sylvaner in the world, definitely in Italy. There are many other producers doing Sylvaner in Valle d'Isarco/Eisecktaler and most of the time it's their best bottling...i reckon it's a better vocated area than Franconia in Germany for it. Cheers!

Вкус... тепла, ностальгии, крем-брюле и ещё чего то очень светлого. Удивительное вино.
Ощущение мёда, моря и солнца в бокале одновременно.
С одной стороны яркая карамель, а с другой - очень свежее, минеральное, звенящее. Ощущение, что его лучше не болтать , так аромат становиться концентрирование.
В аромате и вкусе карамель, мёд, минеральные ноты, ром. Кислотность высокая, тело среднее, очень структурированное вино с потенциалом к хранению 10+.
Послевкусие долгое, с оттенками специй, зеленой травы, рот очень свежий.

Bright straw yellow. Enticing aromas of apricot peach and apple, complicated by hints of powdered rocks and sweet spices. Fresh and juicy, but with very suave flavors of botanical herbs and orchard fruit nicely lifted and carried on the long finish by harmonious lively acidity.
