Welll aged -
Clean nose with hints of cacao.
On the palette, Cacao, green pepper, prune, dark, dark chocolate. Bitter yet highly enjoyable, and addictive. Oregon?
I would have thought this SA.

Pop and pour. On the nose: clove, cinnamon, muddled strawberry, blackberries and sugar. On the palate: at first, ok acidity, and not so well-delineated flavors; burnt sugar, then acidity picks up, and the palate is clearer: blackberry and blueberry, clove, and then a wall of finely grained tannin..the finish is a little too staccato, but good energy after the wall of tannin fades a bit, and good length. Still, very tasty! — a month ago
Cherry, currant, cranberry, bacon fat, mossy earth and oak. Light-bodied and moderate tannins. — 8 days ago
Nose is floral, earth, and graphite.
Palate is cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry.
Bright acidity and good tannins throughout.
Dig this wine. First I had heard of it. My wine guy gave me a bottle to try. He’s like a heroin dealer. He knows I’ll buy the rest of the case. — 18 days ago
Diesely nose. Malic apple-pear leads to almost coconut and then maybe starfruit? Sweet start, tart finish. Viscous mouthfeel with a fizzy acidity. — 16 days ago
Two hour decant. Deep garnet color. Smoky oak on the nose. Slightly tart yet juicy blackberry, blueberry, oak, well integrated tannins, full mouthfeel, opens up to a silky mouthfeel, long finish. — 21 days ago

This 10 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State is a nice surprise. Doesn't show its age at all, at this point.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate and good with food.
After a couple of hours of airtime it shows, red and black fruits with earth, wood, spices, peppercorn, bell pepper, vegetables, herbs, graphite and black coffee.
Nice finish with round tannins and tangy pomegranates.
Wine Enthusiasts 87 Points.
A little off balance, but has nice structure with a nice mouthfeel.
I've had it before, but at a younger age. Now it feels like a California Merlot, actually. Very interesting to try these kind of wines.
I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
Aged in French oak barrels (30% new).
13.9% alcohol by volume.
89 points.
