The Expedition Horse Heaven Hills Red Blend

Deep burgundy color, abundant legs. Cherry on the nose with a hint of tobacco on the nose. Blackberry, red fruit, on the fore palate. Long smooth spicy finish. (Grilled local rib eyes, baked sweet potatoes, sautéed baby bellas & asparagus)

Nice blackberry, vanilla and soft tannins. Fruit flavors are present and nicely balanced. Paired well with the cast iron bavette.

An everyday Merlot. Silky mouthfeel, fruit is on the sweeter side of the spectrum, slightly cloying . Standard, Not complex by any means.

Opens well. Combines with pork belly nicely. Worthy of future purchases

Really liked this one... we discovered it on one of our plane rides back to Alaska and then found it at our local Fred Meyers. It’s smooth with no after taste.
