Their Russian River is always pleasant. Needs 3-4 more years in bottle to integrate. 92+ with that kind of age.

The Truffle Mac & Cheese was a big hit with the crowd, I’m allergic to mushrooms.

The ticket to this event has a pretty big price tag. But when you consider what a Napa etc. tasting or two and lunch would cost you, you are pretty much there and there is so much more than that. It ends up having great value. It’s wine, spirits and food candy land. — 5 days ago

such a cool producer that i’ve been following closely. located in castilla la mancha, albahra (vyd location) means small sea in arabic. it’s in almansa, which means half way of the road: such a perfect name for a region in la mancha. opened with lots of acidity that mellowed out with time and decanting. would absolutely buy again, but would only drink with dinner, not in its own — 8 hours ago
