Rioja Tempranillo

One of our inexpensive go tos. A bit tart with a smooth aftertaste.. 

Mild. Soft. Opened up at the end of the meal. Easy to drink but thin and lacks flavor. 9.99 at LFW. Would not get again.

i liked one of the campo viejo's but it wasn't this one ... not sure which one i had before. to me, it's bitter but has a nice finish. very sharp tasting. husband said "very muted dark red fruit, oak taste, barrel influence, some spice, and a black cherry - plum (very light)". i can't get any notes i'm stuck on the bitter taste it punches me with. okay and also the second glass tastes better not sure what to think...

Great with Wedge Salad, Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Tortilla Soup

Tart, but smooth. Red Berry notes.

light tart ruby red with a sweet red berry smell and a very soft mouthfeel (acidity < tartness) berry sweet aftertaste; young wine

Dark fruit notes, very tart, it’s a young wine!

smelled like the cab sauvignon, which …. eh.
deep burgundy color, smells tart and fruity - red fruit (cherry?)
