2016 Burgundy... Do I need to say more? It's slamming good!
Nose is a saline solution with sweet green apple and light oyster shell.
Palate is incredible balanced acidity with Anjou pear and this ever lingering saline finish.
For certain, one of the best BoJo blancs to ever grace my glass!
Happy Valentine's Day 2019 to all.
24hr Update: Nose has subsided slightly, but the palate is going strong and picking up minor red fruit (strawberry) notes. I tend to pick up those red notes only in Chardonnay from Beaujolais, after about a day or two after opening, interesting. — 7 days ago
Much more open than 6 months ago. Good brightness. A bit fleshy at this stage but open for business. Excited to taste more from this producer. — 3 days ago
This is my favourite Guy Breton Villages. Absolute power juice. Bright and lively with 🍒 and granite. MORGON!!! — 13 days ago
