Really nice to see Oregon honing in on their style of Chardonnay with the Dijon clone. Lean but still has a nice creaminess.

Wow! This Chardonnay is awesome! Has beautiful creaminess quality with a touch of spice. Wonderful notes of stone fruits with mustard seed.
