Pastry and apples are the main aromas on the nose as well as on the palate, crisp, fresh, tight bubbles, straight as an arrow, could use more creaminess but real good nonetheless.

Nez de pommes vertes et de patisserie que l’on retrouve en bouche aussi, acidité vive, un vin très droit, des bulles fines, très bon même si j’aurais aimé un vin un peu plus crémeux.

Disgorged 24-09-18 /R15. Lemon curd, tangerine, golden delicious apple. Rounder than I would expect for brut nature. Balanced, charming 👍

R14, Deg. 07/17. Fresh and vibrant acidity, bright yellow fruit without much autolyse. It is clear this was aged in a way to give it an oxygen exchange, but still manages to not have any aromas of oak barrel. Excellent.
