For a young wine this was very approachable. There was a little heft from the 10% new oak. The unfined and unfiltered wine kept out of the glass and was nice with raspberry and rose petal flavors. Can’t wait to have another bottle in a couple years.

Deep aged leather aromas with hints of clay and black cherry. Extremely well-balanced and a soft long finish. Pairs well with white hard cheeses. Would be great with seasoned meats like pork tenderloin or even chicken.
