Aromas of overripe bruised apple, cantaloupe, acacia, and honey. A touch of sourness, like a sharp sheeps milk cheese. The palate has brilliant acidity and focus, but a bit of creaminess to balance it out. This is delicious young but I can see how many look forward to drinking with some age.

Like apple pie and lemon meringue pie had a pie baby. 🥧 And then it was sprinkled with baking spices and lightly toasted nuts. One of my fave white wines, ever.

Okay, so, you know that one day, usually in September, when it’s unusually cold and the air is crisp and you just start to see a few leaves fall and there’s football on and apple pie just magically appears and you’re just like “f yes, it’s fall!”?
That’s what this tastes like. And it’s amazing.
