IL SOGNO made from Dried Nebbiolo grapes in Gattinara. Beautiful red fruit leather with complementing spices and silky tannins. Decanted for 1 hour and enjoyed with a veal chop and fontina and mushroom ravioli with truffle sauce.. #travaglini #ilsogno #nebbiolo #gattinara #piemonte #wineporn
