Reminds me of great Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo!

This was an excellent rose. Not as sweet and fruity as many are. This was more dry, herbal and savory.

xinomavro rose from northern 🇬🇷

lemon peel grated on 🍓, cranberries and crushed rocks. with olive brine finish on top of it.
very complex. little tannins and probably some oak influence.

Salted watermelon rind, crushed strawberry, beautiful crimson/dark peach color. Price to quality is incredible. Weekend starter sushi pairing

Interesting, balanced rose. Notes of strawberry, pomegranate, sun-dried tomato, and thyme. A nice salinity for a finish caps off a nice wine - though I personally find the Xinomavro Blanc to be more my style.

Very clean! Very balanced! Not acidic at all, juniper and strawberry sherbet!
