Tonight's wine is the 2018 Schlosskellerei Gobelsburg Kamptal Riesling. This wine comes from Osterreich, Austria the A Terry Theise Estate. What a wonderful riesling this is, it checks all the boxes.
On the nose there is green apple, lemon, pear, jasmine, petrol, bicycle rubber tires and minerality.
The palate gives us lemon/lime, green apple, peach, petrol, flinty notes and a nice minerality.

Found not a great deal of depth in the flavor profile. Slight acidity, found it goes well with cheese but food over powers the wine
