What a nose. Huge fruit and perfumed. Big structure and very pure. Cool year fruit. Loads of sour cherry.

This is my cup of tea. High, yet not harsh acid. Long finish. Transparency is the key quality here. The wine screams of terroir.

Does it get better than this for basic Spatburgunder in Germany? No. Fresh and deep.
