Lots of mountain fruit, predominately blue, gravel, eucalyptus or mint, and herbs. Seriously good juice, would be even better in abt 5 years!

Dark red, no evolution. At first very herbal, restrained, fruit hardly noticeable. Tastes lean and tough. Wild decanting does miracles for this wine though. After an hour more impressive, with ripe black fruit emerging, complex spices and fresh acidity.Tasted it again the next day and it was unexpectedly very oxidised. A bit puzzled by this one.

Fresh, precise, almost crisp. As far removed from Napa as you'll get in California. Lovely.

Heady barrel aromatics, vanilla bean and some cedar and coconut, with fresh blackberry coulis and black cherry on the palette, mouthwatering acidity, well integrated tannins, and a fresh minty finish. A no-brainer for sub $50 cab.

No need to wait. Very good now. Graphite, dark plum, blackberries and an insanely long, lingering finish.

This was a lot better than expected. A great valued cab with fruit all sourced from the Santa Cruz mountains
