We are back at Jean George Fulton St Resto - superb!
Best burger in NY, easily. Prior notes apply to the Ridge.

Nose displays lanolin, Meyer lemon and beeswax. Oily texture on the palate, intermixed with crème brûlée and hints of white pepper. Finishes with moderate sweetness and soft caressing acidity. Stunning effort - Fulton St by Jean Georges.

Sep 19th, 2020Can Diacetyl be a bottle variation? Or does it effect the whole vintage? ... more buttered popcorn than under the seat of an AMC theater. Could not drink. Bummer.

Jan 16th, 2021A nice wine that obviously can age. Was just hoping for more oomph. Well balanced.

Feb 17th, 2023Super deep wine! Honey, butter, and melons dominate. Probably close to prime drinking age. Paired nicely with sharp, acidic appetizers. My style but over done.

Apr 23rd, 2022Medium gold color. Massive honey on the nose and throughout the palate. Refined with medium plus depth. A little one dimensional and probably slightly past prime drinking age, but I really enjoyed it.

Apr 4th, 2021100% fruits from the famed Monte Bello vineyard. Ripe and oaky, but in a restrained and elegant way. This reminds me a lot of the Napa Valley bottling from Far Niente, only better.
