Blend of 90% Carricante and 10% Riesling, pale to medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and honey floral notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and pear with slight citrus and smoky mineral notes. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with smoky mineral character. Very Nice!

Really concentrated. Showing like a GG riesling that’s mineral, floral, herbal and savory, with hardly a hint of fruit. Marigold, hay, stone, a bit of lemon. Textbook top-tier Carricante

Wondering if I drank this same vintage in Trapani last summer.... drinking beautifully today. Only 10% Reisling but very perceptible on he nose, but more of Chablis-like minerality on he palate.

4th course of a ten course pairing. Unexpected sleeper with Moroccan BBQ salmon. Mineral, but not bone dry - works well with this sweet, fatty fish. My favorite salmon pairing in a while.

Golden hay color. Aromas of pineapple, honey, apple, peach, white floral, and lemon. Beautifully balanced with a hint of minerality. Dry, medium body and acidity. Best white wine I’ve had in a while!

White Lotus wine. And delivers! Deeper yellow color than expected - beautiful out of the bottle. Floral on the nose with hints of hay. Great acid and weight. Certainly reisling esque. No wonder the Sicilians drink this all summer.

Excellent wine with high acidity, complex array of fruits and and good mineral structure. Will be paired with pork bao buns, let’s see :-)
