100 % Carricante grapes from Mount Etna grown on sandy loam soils with volcanic rocks between 700 to 900 meters altitude.
All manual harvesting.
Aged 4-6 months in stainless steel.
Golden green colour with citrus, herbs, and a flinty stoney freshness on the nose.
Lemon citrus oils, sage, chamomile, white flowers and fennel.
Lively acidity and minerality on the finish that lasts for minutes.
