Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey
En Remilly Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Chardonnay

Vintage 2014 | jasmin in smell, expressive. Minerals, flint. Juicy. When you take a sip, you are longing for the next one. A high sip-want-next factor. Awesome balance.

To no surprise intense PYCM reduction dominates initially, before a sufficient decant has it give way to exotic stone fruits, citrus blossoms, minerals and some tertiary character. It has great texture, tension, balanced acidity and midpalate intensity that leads to a focused and precise finish. Few can showcase St. Aubin as well as PYCM ✨

This was nice. A good amount of oak but not too much as it balanced the wine out nicely.

I’m pretty sure I’ve consumed 5 bottles of the six pack I bought. So damn good I can’t help myself

It was nice to taste. Dense, youthful. The St Aubins are still relatively good value for the $

Always good with PYCM and his St Aubin. Drank beautifully, in a perfect spot but definitely no rush to drink.
