Single Vineyard Estate Eden Valley Riesling

Always great! Lime peel and petrol.

While limey and pleasantly flinty/reductive this also shows a sort of creamy, mid palate fatness that was unexpected. This should age well but the viscosity sent me for a loop.

Pale straw, fresh cut grass, tennis ball, tart lemon, medium plus minerality: gravels?, toasty brioche, no oak, medium to medium plus acidity, medium minus/light body.

Noticeably different to the watervale, this screams ripe limes, along with florals, talc and sense of minerality. Delivers with line and length as per usual, quality.

A beautiful and cheap dry Riesling from Australia

Peach on the nose and palette, some grass on the palette. Very interesting and delicious experience

Fragrant, floral, juicy and zesty Australian Riesling, terrific with food but also great on its own. Fine value at twice the price. Enjoyed the 2022 vintage at the Water Grill in downtown LA, at our Public Finance Department’s holiday dinner.

Very unique nose, gasoline, almost agave/mezcal. Crisp apple, pear… very dry.

Very pale straw and a time of green melon. Low alcohol. Nectarine, grass, pear, mango. Tastes like grass, dried mango, honeydew. Light bodied but coats the mouth. Long finish with an almost oily petrol lemon rind dry mango finish. Delicious and great value.
