My favorite champagne style is Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay), however this is good but falls a little short. Sunshine straw with yeasty nose. On the palate tropical fruits and honey flavors with big acidity on a medium finish ending with a sharp mineral character. Tad pricey, look for better ones.

This beautifully constructed champagne invites with its tartar-biscuit nose, grapefruit, amarula, fresh lime, nettle, golden raisin and bruised apricot. Micro bubbles in brilliant gold.
