Cola and rose aromas, sweet tobacco and dried cherry shimmer with cilliate violet strands, and seared meat. Eucalyptus awash in tannins rakes the palate initially before softening to black and bing cherries, allspice, cinnamon and cedar. Clove puts the spice over the top in a food-worthy wine that checks every Barolo box and then some.

So pretty - dried red fruit & flowers & earth & crushed rock. Still very young but opened up pretty well after 2 hours & matches up nicely to richness of osso bucco!
